When you buy products on our sites, you are agreeing to our return policy. Please read them carefully.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have seven (7) days from the receipt of your order to let us know by email to A customer service representative will contact you with return authorization and instructions for making your return. You will then need to follow the provided instructions to make your return.

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price and  any applicable return shipping fees. Please remember that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization, and all returned items must be in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, the following items are nonrefundable:

  • Any product noted as nonrefundable in the product’s description.
  • Perishable products, such as plants and candles.
  • Custom and personalized products of any kind, including those made to order.
  • Any product returned after use (i.e., used products), returned without original packaging, or returned in an unsaleable condition. Note that you must use original packaging to return any defective or faulty items.


You may cancel your order within 24 hours after submitting the order. You will need to email us at within this timeframe to make the cancellation. Cancelled orders are subject to cancellation and restocking fees of up to 20% of the order total.


Please allow up to two weeks for processing your refund after we receive your returned items or cancelled order. We issue refunds immediately, though it may take your credit card company or bank between seven to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
